Returns, Exchanges, Shipping Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns
Customers may initiate a return request through the CULUNE website within seven (7) days from the date of successful delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories (where applicable), and proof of purchase.
Products falling under hygiene-sensitive categories, including innerwear and certain accessories, as well as products purchased under special promotional offers, including Buy One Get One ("BOGO") offers, clearance sales, or products marked as non-returnable, shall not be eligible for return unless otherwise required under applicable law.
CULUNE strives to maintain a fair and efficient returns process. Accounts demonstrating an unusually high frequency of returns, repeated refusals of deliveries, or suspected misuse of the return facility may be subject to additional verification, return restrictions, or return handling charges, as determined by CULUNE for operational efficiency.
Where reverse pickup is unavailable due to pincode serviceability limitations or logistical constraints, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by CULUNE. Self-shipping charges of up to ₹120 shall be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt and successful verification of the returned product. Any additional reimbursement may be provided solely at the discretion of CULUNE.
Exchanges
Customers may initiate an exchange request through the CULUNE website within seven (7) days from the date of successful delivery.
Exchanges shall be permitted only for size changes, subject to product availability. Requests for exchange on account of colour, style, pattern, design, fit preference, or any other personal preference shall not be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange, products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Products falling within hygiene-sensitive categories, including innerwear and selected accessories, as well as products purchased under promotional offers, including Buy One Get One ("BOGO") offers, clearance sales, or products specifically marked as non-exchangeable, shall not be eligible for exchange.
The replacement product shall not be dispatched at the time of return pickup. Upon successful pickup and quality verification of the original product, typically within two (2) to three (3) business days, the replacement product shall be processed and shipped in accordance with CULUNE's standard delivery timelines.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges, where applicable, shall be displayed during checkout prior to payment confirmation.
CULUNE may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders meeting the prescribed minimum purchase value, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Shipping charges may vary depending upon delivery location, shipping method, promotional offers, order value, or other operational considerations.
CULUNE reserves the right to revise, modify, or discontinue shipping charges at its sole discretion. Any revised shipping charges shall apply prospectively and shall be displayed on the website prior to order confirmation.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled through the CULUNE website within one (1) hour from the time of successful order placement, provided that the order has not been packed, processed, or dispatched.
Once an order has entered the packing process or has been handed over to the logistics partner for shipment, cancellation shall no longer be permitted.
Where an order is successfully cancelled prior to dispatch, any eligible refund shall be processed in accordance with this Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee
Cash on Delivery ("COD") orders may be subject to a convenience fee of up to ₹100. Such fee may be applied selectively and may not be applicable to all orders.
Where applicable, the COD convenience fee shall be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
CULUNE reserves the right to introduce, modify, waive, or discontinue COD charges at any time without prior notice.
Refunds and Governing Policy
Approved refunds in respect of eligible cancellations and verified returns shall ordinarily be processed within seven (7) banking days from the date of confirmation of such refund by CULUNE, subject to successful return verification, product inspection, and compliance with the applicable Returns, Exchanges, Shipping Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy.
Where a return or refund request is disputed, found to be non-compliant, fraudulent, or requires additional review, investigation, or verification, CULUNE reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or reject the refund in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.
Refunds shall be initiated through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account shall depend upon the policies and processing timelines of the respective bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.
This Returns, Exchanges, Shipping Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required under applicable law.
CULUNE reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or discontinue any part of this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the CULUNE website and shall apply prospectively. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically before placing an order.
